Our Valued Customers,
By now, you should have received a couple of different letters in your statement explaining that the Ridout companies are going through a computer software change. That change was originally scheduled to take place in February. However, due to some infrastructure and supply chain delays related to Covid-19, we have decided to delay our go-live by two weeks, which means it will take place in March.
The only effect on your account is that you’ll receive your February statement(s) shortly after the 25th like normal, and the balance will be due March 10th as always. Then, the transition will take place in March as discussed in the first letter, meaning March will end on the last day of the month (March 31st), and your statement will be issued the first day of April, making your due date for said statement April 15th. This is the same change of process mentioned previously, but it is taking place one month later, in March instead of February.
Again, we feel this change is necessary to continue to grow as a company, and we know you will feel the same. As our customer, if you have any questions whatsoever about how this change will affect your accounts, please reach out to your local Ridout location or to Tina Jackson at the Corporate Office at 501-268-3929. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our company in this, our 50th year.
With Highest Regards,
Ross N. Ridout
