By now, you should have received a couple of different letters in your statement explaining that the Ridout companies are going through a computer software change. We expect our transition to begin on April 12.

For our contractors, we offer a program called Ridout Rewards. This is linked to your customer account, and you receive points based on your purchases. You can use those points to purchase an item as small as a radio, or as big as a brand new truck. Please visit one of stores for more details.
We have a dedicated outside sales staff for projects. Builders are provided with outside sales contacts to take care of every aspect of their business on a daily basis. If you are building a house, and you need a salesman on your job, we will assign one to you, and they will make sure you have material every step of the way. Contact the store nearest to you, to have one of our outside salesmen visit your job site.
